I was passing through the area for work and was able to squeeze her class in between two work events — it was exactly what I needed to revive me to continue on in my hectic week of work travel! If I lived in the area, I’d definitely be a regular here.

The little add ons to each pose to change the muscle engagement made the class much needed post my gym workout.
