She just knows what you need.. Just like that! Like, she has that sixth sense.. I can’t think of a better way to start or finish a day other than a class with her.. If you’re lucky enough to go to her classes , you’re lucky enough! Period!

She was the first teacher to show me how to use props as aids to have a better yoga experience. The studio is beautiful and newly built. There is plenty of parking. Very Zen vibe. Thank you.
