This class was more hatha yoga, very friendly to beginners with basic poses, with some challenging poses presented as well. Overall lovely class, my only comment would be to bring your own mat because the mats they have are quite thin & slippery.

visa alla recensionerOMG!!! This is definitely a different kind of studio, and I was skeptical at first, but… wow. It was absolutely amazing! The energy is incredible! Amanda and Moriah were both FABULOUS. I loved everything—the attention to detail, the welcoming vibes, the beautiful murals, and the feeling of practicing yoga with purpose. The studio is spacious, and even has showers if you need to head somewhere afterward. I’m so glad I decided to give this place a try. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you ladies!!!!

The studio owner is also incredibly warm and friendly. The studio is beautifully decorated, very clean and has mats, props and blankets for use. I can’t wait to come back!

I’m definitely coming back love how hot it was but it wasn’t like I’ll pass out hot haha. The perfect heat to get a great sweat on.
