Chakra Flow & Sound Healing
visa alla recensionerI can tell they put a lot of effort into preparing this class. It also had a lot of asanas so it was very dynamic but relaxing

visa alla recensionerCari was 🔥 my abs and glutes are on fire in the best way. The studio is clean, intimate, and really sets the tone for challenge, recharge and performance. Cari definitely challenged me and her consented light touch form adjustments were so helpful. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend if you are looking to challenge your practice in a supportive and welcoming environment.

visa alla recensionerReally nice and clean facility and very nice instructor. This class was more hatha yoga, very friendly to beginners with basic poses, with some challenging poses presented as well. Overall lovely class, my only comment would be to bring your own mat because the mats they have are quite thin & slippery.

visa alla recensionerI loved this class! When you first step into the studio the environment is welcoming. The instructors and assistant want you to master the basic form and push yourself to try changing poses. The room is hot but not sizzling. You will sweat but each drop of sweat releases stress. visa alla recensionerThis was such a lovely experience. A great stress relief on a Friday evening. Daphne's sequencing was excellent, and I loved the long savasana with guided meditation. Perfectly challenging, yet balanced.

visa alla recensionerLoved this class with Gillian she was so sweet and explained every movement. She allowed us to move at our own pace and flow. But also allowed us to challenge ourselves. I’m definitely coming back love how hot it was but it wasn’t like I’ll pass out hot haha. The perfect heat to get a great sweat on. Thank you Gillian for sharing this practice with me and being so welcoming and inviting 💕 20/10 recommend !
