visa alla recensionerThis was my first time trying a cycling class, and I’ll admit I was a little nervous going into it. But as soon as my friends and I walked in, we were greeted with such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They even had “Welcome” written on our lockers, which was such a thoughtful touch! The instructor was amazing! She walked us through everything, helped us set up our bikes, and made sure we felt comfortable before getting started. The other guests were also so friendly which made the whole experience even better. The workout was definitely challenging, but in the best way! excited to come back. I’ll definitely be returning!

visa alla recensionerSuch an incredible class! I like that it’s small, I felt more personable and I felt very comfortable asking questions. You will SWEAT!! I don’t think I’ve sweated that much in any other fitness class I’ve taken. They do have showers which I believe you can use. The energy is amazing, the playlist really helped me get through some sets, and I highly recommend coming here! The owners, trainers, and everyone are so helpful and welcoming!
