She timed and managed the 50min class to perfection and it was a perfectly balanced, full-body session. Will definitely return when I am back in the area.

There weren’t a lot of people there at the time I went (6:30 AM) and I loved that I didn’t have to fight for space or equipment. I inquired about a membership and the price was very reasonable. The staff member I encountered was very friendly and courteous. I would 100% return and recommend. It was also clean!

visa alla recensionerI enjoyed the cardio aspect. You’re working on your whole body while learning new dances. What to expect… I took a Sunday class with Nicky and walked in with sandles but thank goodness I had a pair tennis shoes in my car 😮💨. You will be sweating. After taking the class you would think I walked through a thunder storm ⛈️ , I was dripping wet 🤭💦. They do have a water fountain with cups if you forget to bring some. You are learning new dances as you go, so you must jump in, like Nike JUST DO IT! I believe I am a pro at dancing, although this was my first class in years and my dancing may not have reflected this. The other dancers agree with me so it’s true. . I think the dim lights may have contributed to this . As an introvert I felt completely comfortable and found joy, although I missed most of the spinning cues 😢. Also there’s a mini stores with awesome goodies if you want to purchase something but it’s not necessary so no pressure. I shall return!

visa alla recensionerIt was my first time ever taking a flamenco class and I had such a great time! Ely was super kind and all of the ladies in the class were SO welcoming! It is such an art and the class helps you jump right in to learn the techniques while also having a great time. Ely was so patient and took her time to help. You can tell she loves what she does. :) It was a positive and judgment free zone for sure - everyone supported one another. Thank you Ely and the ladies for a great first class! Will be back :)

visa alla recensionerThe most wonderful experience going back to ballet after 10 years away. I stopped taking class when I was 20 and haven’t put my slippers on since. But this was everything I needed. All abilities and levels were welcome and well received and I really loved the low pressure and relaxed atmosphere. The bar work was particularly great, dusting off the cobwebs. I will 100% return. Five stars.
