Intro to Pole
visa alla recensionerLoved the class and the instructor! Super informative about the basic fundamentals of pole and while being super beginner friendly. The instructor is very educated in technique and was very good at saying instructions in a way that is easy to understand. Very intimate class with a lot of hands on help. Everyone was super friendly and it’s a cute studio. Will be back!!
