visa alla recensionerkarina is always an awesome instructor to have, shes welcoming and makes the space a safe place to make mistakes! and is also good at giving instructions. she doesnt hesitate to adjust ur form when necessary which is something i appreciate. she is also very knowledgeable, as i asked her in a previous class abt bridges and feeling it in my lower back instead of my glutes and legs, and she explained the exercise well and which muscles i shud be feeling it in. i took her class again and did that specific exercise and felt better on my back. i highly recommend taking any class w her regardless of any level u are at in pilates:)

visa alla recensionerAbsolutely love this class! Such a great workout. And the instructor Rachel is awesome! She is so sweet and energetic. My sister came with me who is pregnant and she gave her a lot of alternative exercises to do and personal attention. Will be coming back for sure:)

visa alla recensionerReally fun first ever hip hop class with a super encouraging teacher, Theo. I was nervous being from ballet. I thought it would be a train wreck but I was wrong. I will definitely come back. I like that he gave the names of the moves so I can practice at home. And, he used counts instead of tee tak a ta. He also taught more advanced things like where to look and arms that I’ll work on later. It’s great for everyone.

visa alla recensionerSo much fun! I 💜 BTS so I immediately signed up when I saw it. The teacher is funny, has great energy and is very welcoming. This was my 4th class here and I will say as someone with zero dance experience, the K-pop dance classes are not for beginners. I’ll stick to the beginner classes but would love to one day be able to comfortably take the K-pop ones!

visa alla recensionerI went to body pump by accident because ClassPass had the incorrect schedule. Also, make sure you go to Garden Grove as Anaheim doesn’t have classes. However, body pump was fun and the other ladies were supportive. The instructor was encouraging.

She was bubbly and energetic throughout the class and gave feedback on how we were doing each move. The class is small so she gives feedback to each student. Will be back to practice my foundations more.

She is a master and brought out the best in my dance. Most of the class was taught in a foreign language but I could still keep up and I didn’t mind at all. This studio has some of the most excellence and talent I’ve ever seen. Definitely worth a try! Be mindful of your level so you can get the most you can out of class :)
