Nicole addresses any anxiety or concerns throughout the flow. The encouragement and safety that I felt as a first time student of this aerial practice gave way to a deeply felt sense of safety and ease. I'll be back!

The format of class is awesome where you do some stretching with the hammock and then learn some tricks and finally end with cocooning in the hammock and do some breath work and relax. Michelle is helpful when you need a easier version of something show in aerial yoga class
