She’s so informative and knows how to cater to participants’ needs before, during, and after class. The class is very restorative and educational. I always leave her class feeling good and learn something new.

visa alla recensionerThis class was challenging in the best way. I felt like my core was being ripped apart and built up again. The studio remodel is so nice as well! Very excited to come back again when my schedule allows. The only thing that is kind of a bummer is the parking situation as well as the time of classes working with a normal 9-5 schedule. I still try to make it work though. Will be back again :)

visa alla recensionerLucy offered clear cues and great explanations behind each exercise, which made it easy to understand the intention and stay connected throughout the class. She maintained a nice, slow, steady pace and a smooth flow from start to finish. At times she participated in the workout alongside us, so there was less hands-on correction around the room—but overall it was still a really enjoyable class. The space is very open with light, calming music, and I loved that there were no mirrors—it really allowed you to connect more deeply to your body awareness and proprioception.

visa alla recensionerWarning for anyone sensitive to heat that this class always seems to be quite warm! The flow is always nice and instructor offers variations for all levels of yoga learners. The studio offers equipment to use during class along with wipes to clean. Highly recommend this place, such wonderful staff!

visa alla recensionerThis studio is absolutely magnificent! I was greeted with hugs by the owners two daughters and their new puppy. It was pure bliss. The owners mom brought me an exquisite cup of organic tea just as class was starting. Lilli’s sound bath and yoga was everything and more. I live in San Diego and wouldn’t think twice about making the drive for her class. This studio is a gem and breath of fresh air from the sterile corporate yoga studios.
