visa alla recensionerThe instructor is lovely and leads a very low impact yet challenging class that I enjoy every single time. My only problem is are the clients are extremely annoying because if there’s all this vacant space in the class, they will come and squish up next to you every time and I’m not sure if that’s a rule that I haven’t been informed of here, but I don’t know why people bunch up like that here when there’s so much room it’s like they wanna overlap mats. It’s kind of weird, but that has nothing to do with the instructor.

visa alla recensionerSpiritual focused class with chants and meditation. You’ll still break a sweat as you will do repetitive motions with chants for multiple rounds. Instructor offered food to the class at the end which was nice. Overall it was an experience and if you haven’t done kundalini yoga before make sure to look it up before you go.

visa alla recensionerI loved this class so much! Amber is a wonderful instructor with a very calming presence. I really enjoyed the flow and the challenge of practicing some difficult poses. The studio is quaint and has a cozy vibe. I’ll definitely be taking this class again!
