see all reviewsRicha was SO amazing! My friend and I came here on a Friday evening. The class was small and intimate, which I really enjoyed! I’ve taken many yoga classes before, but I have always been afraid of hot yoga because of the breathing aspect. Richa made us feel so comfortable, and my body and mind felt amazing afterwards. This class was everything I was looking for!

see all reviewsI took Madison’s barre class last Friday, and it was absolutely amazing—my favorite barre class so far! Her teaching was exceptional, with clear instructions and a great focus on proper form. I loved the energy in the room, and her music choices were perfect for keeping us motivated throughout. Starting and ending the class with breathing exercises added such a calming and grounding touch, and the cold towel at the end was a thoughtful and refreshing surprise. I’ve never had a better experience in a barre class—highly recommend Madison!

see all reviewsTheresa was so nice and gentle, and offered personal instruction when needed. This was a great, relaxing and restorative flow. I feel so stretched out and relaxed after. It’s a nice studio, and they had all props needed. The lavender towel at the end was so lovely. I noticed they did allow late entries, so someone arrived late during the class, which I’ve never had happen before in a paid yoga class, and other places I’ve been will lock the doors and not allow that to preserve the class. Thankfully the person wasn’t really loud or anything; I just was distracted for a moment. I would do this class again!
