visa alla recensionerI went in thinking it was gonna be the same level of difficulty as an intermediate yoga class, but it was just as challenging as reformer pilates. It’s a great workout, plus the staff was really friendly and helpful. I would totally do it again!

visa alla recensionerIt was great once class started! I did have a bit of a tough time when I first showed up. I arrived 10 minutes early like the instructions told me to but no one was around to tell me what to do or welcome me and give me more info I just kind of wandered around for a couple minutes until I found someone to help me out which then made me late to the class. Just wish there was a better welcoming process. But now that I know I will definitely be back.
