visa alla recensionerI’ve never felt like i have gotten a good workout with a pilates reformer, but I absolutely loved this class! and I actually worked up a sweat. Great blend of cardio and strength training with a focus on lower-body and core. Low impact and you could adjust resistance and pace during the circuit exercises to make it harder or easier. It was my first time here and the staff were super friendly and helpful!
