visa alla recensionerLana is a great instructor. She goes through poses pretty quickly, but there is enough repetition for you to understand what to do. I love how active we switch poses and stretch different areas of the body. Bonus, it was great to be in a hot studio in the cold mornings.

I love Bonnie’s style if instructing , her voice is so calming and the hands on adjustments always come at the perfect time. Bonnie is very in tune with everyone in class! I love yoga six!

visa alla recensionerThis class is similar to a yin class where a variety of deep stretches were held for relatively long periods of time. I really like how the teacher makes sure everyone gets set up correctly and provides (optional) hands on assists.
