visa alla recensionerExcellent Yin yoga class. Very relaxing, detailed instructions, and experienced yoga teacher. The bolster, blocks, weighted eye mask and other equipment was already in place when I arrived, so all I had to do was bring my yoga mat and lay down. The studio is very spacious and well lit. I enjoyed the Tibetan singing bowls and also the rose and hibiscus tea at the end. I came in with a shoulder ache caused by my own bad posture, and left with no ache at all. 10/10 would do this again!

visa alla recensionerProbably the best Y6 location I’ve been to yet where the instructor and staff was very friendly and thorough. The room isn’t as heated as other hot yoga classes I’ve been to but I still worked up a sweat for a restore class.

visa alla recensionerGreat restore class! This was my first time at yoga six. Nice, clean studio and the staff was lovely. Jessica was great and helped us get some good stretching and mobility work which was a great class for a Sunday night. She provided lots of good guidance and laughs!
