Thought the posture s were not difficult, it’s Very good for beginners!And the teacher is really good and friendly ! The instructions were simple and easy to understand and follow ! I will recommend the class to friends!

see all reviewsEkaterina is an excellent trainer. She is clear in her instructions, leads a great pace & offers both advanced moves & modifications depending on your level. We practiced sun A, sun B, balance & twists. Plenty of stretching at the end too. Parking can sometimes be hard at this location, but there’s water refilling stations, restrooms & cubbies for your stuff. Love this studio & I’ll be back to take more of Ekaterina’s classes.

see all reviewsInstructor and front desk was very welcoming, since I was a first timer. Offered lots of modifications and challenges for exercises. Cool towel offered at the end was a nice bonus :) Overall a great workout! Would come back again.
