visa alla recensionerfirst class! amazing routine. I was done mostly on a mat with bands, sliders. light weights. I was sore the next day. Instructor did not use a mic so l, but she had a loud enough voice ☺️. Small class size, about 10 women. And a cute space. street parking was available.
