visa alla recensionerInteresting class. As the description states, it’s a blend of tai chi/Qi gong with yoga and dance movements, but it’s not any of those on its own. It was fun to move around, feel silly, and stretch the body while practicing the flow. Not a challenging class, more of a fun activity to complement with your workout or yoga routine (if you, like me, are not a dancer).
