It was fun to move around, feel silly, and stretch the body while practicing the flow. Not a challenging class, more of a fun activity to complement with your workout or yoga routine (if you, like me, are not a dancer).

visa alla recensionerPeople were friendly and was fun and nerve wrecking because this was my first salsa class and apparently even though it was for beginners we went on the last week of the month so we got dropped into the ocean and expected to swim. That said though it was still alot of fun. But if youre a beginner beginner lol make sure to start from the first week. Maybe it might help.

In the end we danced to the music and had so much fun! The class was I felt comfortable even as a beginner. I look forward to more dance flow!
