With yin, I tend to struggle knowing how to balance between letting go and where to root down but Susie’s guidance and adjustments made it easy to know where I should be feeling stretched and where I should be fully relaxed. My hips and back needed this class more than I knew. Thank you Susie!!! ❤️

If you want to feel good and get results, train with Bryan and go to his yoga classes, especially his Candlelit Yinn—his Yinn class makes me feel amazing after and not sore from all my aches. Highly recommend

visa alla recensionerMaddy is an amazing instructor. I don’t think I’ve ever truly felt “relaxed” until yesterday. It was such an unexpected aha moment. Her voice is incredibly calming, and her yin flow and deep stretches melt you back into your own body a little more with every minute. The sound bath at the end was the perfect finishing touch. I walked out feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded than I have in a long time. I can’t wait to come back. ✨

The space is also super cute; it was fun to walk around and feed the animals afterwards! The teacher was also very friendly (and attractive LOL). Highly recommend this class!! I will be back for sure :)

visa alla recensionerHonestly I have been to many mat Pilates classes, and this was one of the toughest and best classes I have ever been to - and this one isn’t even heated! I am so sad this studio is closing and it was my first time there today. Brenda was an incredible teacher. I love how much she focused on the warm up and breathing throughout the entire class. It made such a different in the workout. I hope to find Brenda at other mat Pilates classes in the Gables/Grove area and I hope this studio opens up again soon!!
