visa alla recensionerMel’s Spicy Sunday class absolutely lived up to the name. I’ve taken hundreds of Pilates classes and this was hands down one of the best I’ve taken in a long time. The workout was challenging in the best way, with moves I’ve genuinely never done before which is rare for me at this point. Mel pushes you without losing the flow, and the entire class felt intentional and fresh. If I lived here, I would be in her class every single week.

visa alla recensionerCam is truly the best! I loved her classes, her vibe, her music, her energy and encouragement is seriously the best. It’s crazy how the right teacher will have you always wanting to come back. A couple things I’ve noticed that need improvment are the speakers are very blown out, so they definitely need to be replaced hopefully soon bc Cam’s playlist is so fire so would be awesome to hear the music through better speakers! The wipes tend to dried out to wipe down the machine, so better wipes would be awesome or maybe not handing them out super early to make sure they’re still wet. Also, stretching as a class all together would be a huge difference bc I forget to on my own sometimes. I always leave her class feeling so sore and always pushing myself to the best of my ability, little progress after each class. Excited for the next, shout out Cam what an amazing teacher!💪🏼♥️⭐️

Her classes are so smooth in her transitions and directions yet so challenging. She consistently offers hand on corrections and modifications. TBH the owners invested in this place and it shows. Tia was a great instructor, so knowledgeable and patient with students making sure they know how to use the machine.
