Even when I’m taking a class with another coach I hear Em in my head pointing out how to fix my form if it’s something I have already done with her in one of her classes. She’s all about pumping you up, making sure your form is correct and giving you a great workout! If I see her name, I move all my other appointments around to attend her class because I know I’m going to get the most out of my workout and not be in pain afterwards. She’s all about providing a judgement free zone, answering questions if you have any without hesitation. She is also great with providing modifications if you have an injury. You can tell how passionate she is and how much she loves doing what she does!

It’s crazy how the right teacher will have you always wanting to come back. A couple things I’ve noticed that need improvment are the speakers are very blown out, so they definitely need to be replaced hopefully soon bc Cam’s playlist is so fire so would be awesome to hear the music through better speakers! The wipes tend to dried out to wipe down the machine, so better wipes would be awesome or maybe not handing them out super early to make sure they’re still wet. Also, stretching as a class all together would be a huge difference bc I forget to on my own sometimes. I always leave her class feeling so sore and always pushing myself to the best of my ability, little progress after each class. Excited for the next, shout out Cam what an amazing teacher!💪🏼♥️⭐️

Szabi’s attention to detail is incredible: by the time you finish an exercise, your reformer is already prepared for the next one. TBH the owners invested in this place and it shows. Tia was a great instructor, so knowledgeable and patient with students making sure they know how to use the machine. The studio feels like a SPA, you walk in and just feel comfortable and relaxed.
