visa alla recensionerI enjoyed the flow of this class and the instructors energy really kept me motivated. Also having access to the gym after the workout was a nice plus. They had cold towels available for us after the class to cool down a bit. Very clean and maintained facility. I’d return and would recommend.

visa alla recensionerEasy to check in. First floor is all free weights, weight machines, and cardio machines. Second floor has a room that you can use if there’s no class. Bathrooms were clean. They had lockers with built in locks and showers with body soap. Didn’t have to wait for any machines or weights really but it’s not that big so you definitely would have to at a busier time.

TBH the owners invested in this place and it shows. Tia was a great instructor, so knowledgeable and patient with students making sure they know how to use the machine.
