Our instructor, Amanda, was fantastic—so in tune with everyone! It was a bit of hot yoga, but not too intense, and she gave us a lovely treat at the end with a cool towel on our foreheads. Will definitely return

Her energy, guidance, and attention to detail made the entire experience so enjoyable and relaxing. She created a welcoming and uplifting environment that encouraged everyone to challenge themselves while still focusing on alignment and flexibility. Her soothing voice and clear instructions made it easy to follow along, and I walked out feeling lighter, more flexible, and completely rejuvenated. You can tell Demi truly loves what she does, and her passion shines through in every movement. If you’re looking to stretch, unwind, and feel amazing, this is the class for you. The class was small - just two of us, I felt immediately welcomed you can tell this is a space made for TRAINING it’s not the boujee Miami you usually see which I personally loved. It reminded me of gymnastics when I was a kid but it’s all very professional and organized and the instructor made it a personal and enjoyable experience.
