The breath techniques were essential to carry out the class. “The deeper you breathe in, the deeper you breathe out.” I’ve never thought of this, but I loved it. Only feedback was I wish she adjusted us, if we were innocent.

visa alla recensionerThe instructor was great, the flow was challenging and well structured. The studio is beautiful. The next instructor came in with a bad attitude because the class went a few minutes over time. Personally that threw me off me a bit, she was clearly upset and was loud enough about the issue while there were still students in the room. It’s yoga come on, no need to shame the other instructor in front of students, keep it to yourself and address the issue with her in private. That’s all, would love to be back for Blayne’s class.

visa alla recensionerThis instructor is so friendly and welcoming, but let me tell you... when the class starts, it's game on, and she becomes a savage lol. I have taken hot pilates classes at this very studio for weeks, but this class was next level. Felt like a Lagree class in intensity because they were not too many breaks and many challenging, fresh moves in a row. I felt challenged, accomplished, and rinsed, but nothing an El Sol shake couldn't fix post class. Book this class and thank me later, fam. 👊

The class was hot and very challenging, a little intense for me/ harder than my normal sculpt classes but I got through it. Honestly can’t wait to come back. The owner Hayley was so helpful with my form and had the best energy! I can’t wait to come back. 10/10!!!

My practice had become very rusty over the years but she was quick to take a lot of that rust off quickly with careful instructions and posture corrections. What’s best is that it was a private class since others didn’t sign up or show up. I suggest this class highly to others but be warned that it’s no walk in the park (it is Ashtanga after-all) but you will feel comfortable. Namaste.
