Ive taken her class only twice but she’s attentive, demonstrates and works with you through each movement, walks around the whole class and is super clear with every transition. Not to mention my core somehow is always on fire not even 5 minutes into the class. I’m a little far so whenever I can make it out to libre, I will and for this class👏🏼💗

Love that she also checks in with people throughout the class on making sure to hydrate in the heated room, form corrections to ensure your body is feeling the movement in the targeted spot, etc! visa alla recensionerCam is truly the best! I loved her classes, her vibe, her music, her energy and encouragement is seriously the best. It’s crazy how the right teacher will have you always wanting to come back. A couple things I’ve noticed that need improvment are the speakers are very blown out, so they definitely need to be replaced hopefully soon bc Cam’s playlist is so fire so would be awesome to hear the music through better speakers! The wipes tend to dried out to wipe down the machine, so better wipes would be awesome or maybe not handing them out super early to make sure they’re still wet. Also, stretching as a class all together would be a huge difference bc I forget to on my own sometimes. I always leave her class feeling so sore and always pushing myself to the best of my ability, little progress after each class. Excited for the next, shout out Cam what an amazing teacher!💪🏼♥️⭐️
