visa alla recensionerYoga doctor! The class started with warming up every part of our body then came a deep strong flow. Dani is amazing at leading you through hard or long holds. Has amazing hands on adjustments. She showed restorative poses that felt better than a massage. Oh also, the best savasana experience. The sound bowl, little leg adjustments and the foot massage was just the BEEEEST way to end the class. I am definitely booking as a priority. Beginners get great lead and clear instructions, advanced students get help in harder poses. Just come

visa alla recensionerLove the brightness in the studio and that it has afternoon class options. I wouldn’t say the class is entirely gentle, as I did sweat, but it felt awesome! It’s definitely friendly for anyone at any level. Romina showed genuine interest in knowing each student and made us feel welcomed.

visa alla recensionerVerónica is wonderful for a deep and serious workout/conditioning, beyond all the yoga mode-vibe that is also awesome. It's the only instructor that makes me do pincha. What she does on her warming up and has her flow that makes be able to do it it's a mystery for me.

visa alla recensionerThis studio was a sanctuary upon entrance. They have a wonderful gallery on the wall that pays homage to all of the great yogis from history. I always know I’m in for a spiritual treat when I enter a studio that has photos of the greats displayed. They had a very cute boutique in the entrance that had beautiful clothing and spiritual materials for sale. Felipe was a master guide in hatha Asanas and maintaining ultimate presence. The class was perfect and exactly what I needed when I signed up for a half a class. It is very very rare for me to find hatha classes available in Miami. This place is a gem and Felipe is an incredible instructor. His hands on adjustments were perfection, and his ability to queue to breathing with his own powerful breath sounds while also speaking instructional cues to us was astounding. There was a sound bath during Shavasana, and our third eyes were massaged. I had an incredibly rough morning, so this class was exactly what I needed to reset my energy, maintain gratitude and focus on the present. Felipe is incredibly knowledgeable, and you should not miss out on a chance to learn and relax deeply with him.

From the warm welcome to the fun and encouraging workout and ending with a check-in to ask how I was feeling after the class my experience was 10/10.
