visa alla recensionerFor a community yoga practice this was fire! 🔥 Kency was superb. She guided us on a nice flow into the yin portion which was really healing. She gives great adjustments and verbal cues to get you into your place. Also the practice room is spacious and bright. Very cool studio!

visa alla recensionerVery relaxing class, only a few poses, maybe 6 or 7 😝 in 75 minutes, all on the ground -- you won't break a sweat but very, very relaxing and Danielle is good vibes, gives adjustments (huge) and the studio is beautiful and clean!

The vinyasa sequence was beautiful and perfectly paced, the teacher was amazing, inspiring and genuinely welcoming. Can't recommend this place enough. I'm already planning to come back next time I'm in Miami Beach.
