visa alla recensionerRoya was so kind and welcoming💞 This was my first time trying the hammock silk as an intermediate yogi. Aerial stretch was a perfect beginner friendly class for me as I wanted to get more comfortable with the silks. The class was nice and slow but I still managed to break a sweat halfway through. I’m excited to try the aerial yoga next🤗

visa alla recensionerThis was such a fun class!! It was easy enough for beginners but also had more difficult variations for advanced students. The space is also super cute; it was fun to walk around and feed the animals afterwards! The teacher was also very friendly (and attractive LOL). Highly recommend this class!! I will be back for sure :)
