This was not a beginners class and I would not recommend to anyone getting back into fitness. This was harder than boot camp classes I’ve taken in the past. Instructors were very willing to modify and very supportive.

visa alla recensionerReally wonderful class! Great variety of moves and flow between working and stretching muscles. My only suggestion/wish is that it was warmer! I kept my heavy sweater on the whole time and was still shivering, and the movements weren’t easy or comfortable with my sweater on. Otherwise, I love everything about your studios!
