Kara was very sweet and welcoming. I appreciated how she was clear and thorough with her instructions and even gave demonstrations herself on the reformer. visa alla recensionerMatt is my favorite instructor at Platefit. I will endeavor through AM traffic to get to Brentwood for his classes. My drive is 52-58 min for this 27 min class. You may think ohh crazy, but I’m pointing it out because it’s that good. Plus the lymphatic drainage and mood that you’re in for the rest of the day is worth it. FYI: TRX class is a modification to what I expected but it still whopped my a$$. Playlist is fire and he’s very experienced and quick to scan the room to check for form. The minor hands-on adjustments are always respectful and they make a big difference! I don’t know why I start laughing when my muscles get to failure but at least it’s a fun time while I’m suffering. Many of the attendees are regulars or, like me, have booked through CP and keep coming back to it. Cherry on top: parking is validated for 75 minutes.

Minimal warning to the level of spice in moves that will make you question doing a 1.5 level class. Whoooo! Her 1.5 courses are no joke. I leave feeling accomplished and proud to get through them.

visa alla recensionerI took the CP Reformer Flow 1.5 today and it was great! It was my first Pilates class ever and I really enjoyed taking it with Revital. She was super easy to follow and always came over to help when I got lost lol. The class was definitely challenging, but I had to modify some of the moves to beginner versions because I was still feeling sore from my last workout. Overall, such a great experience, my only regret was not bringing my own grip socks because the studio ones were a little overpriced.

I immediately felt better, less congested and more energy. It was amazing. The facility is spotless. The staff is attentive and very friendly and an RN administers the IV, who was very professional and answered any concerns. Definitely going back to try other treatments. 10/10!

It helps that I called ahead of time to have them raise the temperature of the cold plunge so I could get the maximum benefits, but it’s also worth noting that the female attendees were much more helpful and considerate of my current state (being impaired on crutches) than the male attendants were. If you’re like me and need extra time to shower after, I would recommend booking an hour for yourself. Will be back to book another session ASAP.

I’ve gone to many massages in my life, where deep tissue feels like a light tickle. Also, who cares if it’s in the back of a nail salon. At least you’re in your own sectioned off area and not in a room with 50 other beds and no curtain. It’s also really quiet back there- because it’s far away from the street and you don’t hear the street noise. The little water dripping noise was really nice. This truly is a little gem. shout out to Sophia.

visa alla recensionerWhat an experience. I had been having back pain for a couple of weeks, and overall muscle soreness from a previous training session. My back pain was so severe that I went to urgent care to test for kidney failure just in case, and was prescribed muscle relaxers. I’d been wanting to try cryotherapy, but just never got around to it. I found this place nearby, and decided to give it a go. Super easy to find, lots of parking. Was greeted right away. Check in was easy, and the walkthrough was super helpful and informative. I got to pick a song to play in the chamber, and was explained after effects. I slept like really well that night. Really good deep sleep and REM sleep. And when I woke up, no major back pain! Which is great considering I did a 12-hour work day after my cryotherapy session. I really appreciated how easy and fast it was to hop in and out of this facility, and am a firm believer in cryotherapy now. I will most definitely be back!
