Melina is clear with her instruction and keeps it fun and positive. It is a hard sculpting class which included bands, weights, lunges, squats, lots of ab work, leg work, etc. The facility is clean, I love that the room has different floor levels so no matter where you are, you can see yourself, and the equipment and clean and all there for you! Music was loud and energizing. I can’t wait to come back!

One suggestion- I would love it if Candice could cue individual students when she sees their form is off, as well as offer to adjust the spring load when she sees students struggling. It might not be her teaching style (I also understand there is not always enough time for individual feedback in a group class) or maybe she is concerned about embarrassing people. If it is the latter, I can assure you I appreciate it when an instructor tells me how I can improve my form or sees me struggling with the spring load!

When I first arrived the lady at the front desk was expecting me , and said my name before I offered, simply with the appointment time.
