She sticks to the true pilates techniques and really takes her time to explain the movements/concepts so that we understand and can succeed within our exercise. I’ve taken many classes with many different instructors and always find myself missing her method of teaching. She’s the only instructor i’ll drive 20 miles for to attend a class. Absolutely brilliant.

I was so shocked: Sarah placed my IV line and it was quick and painless. I honestly didn’t even feel the needle. I’ve had hypotensive episodes from painful needle sticks before, and I was thoroughly impressed. Everyone was professional from start to finish. I’ve had visits to the emergency room just for fluids or antiemetics, and not only did I have to wait for hours, but sometimes had painful experiences. This was so much easier and much more relaxing. Hands down recommend to anyone who is in need of a quick boost or fluids without the hassle and time constraints of visiting an emergency room.

It’s such a light and gentle facial, I’ve never had it done before, so I don’t have anything to compare it to. But I really enjoyed it and plan on doing it again in the future. It’s not like your average esthetician facial, so be sure to read the description. Also love her Myofascial Release therapy, after one session, the pain I was experiencing on a daily basis went away. I was holding on to physical trauma from my back injury and she was able released it within that session. Magical. Highly recommend. Don’t forget to tip! Gratuity is not included.
