visa alla recensionerWhat an experience. I had been having back pain for a couple of weeks, and overall muscle soreness from a previous training session. My back pain was so severe that I went to urgent care to test for kidney failure just in case, and was prescribed muscle relaxers. I’d been wanting to try cryotherapy, but just never got around to it. I found this place nearby, and decided to give it a go. Super easy to find, lots of parking. Was greeted right away. Check in was easy, and the walkthrough was super helpful and informative. I got to pick a song to play in the chamber, and was explained after effects. I slept like really well that night. Really good deep sleep and REM sleep. And when I woke up, no major back pain! Which is great considering I did a 12-hour work day after my cryotherapy session. I really appreciated how easy and fast it was to hop in and out of this facility, and am a firm believer in cryotherapy now. I will most definitely be back!

I’ve been feeling bloated for quite some time now because of health conditions. After one session i felt my body release tension and i feel alive again. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. visa alla recensionerI went in today for whole body cryotherapy and it felt amazing! The place is super clean and the staff couldn’t be friendlier or kinder! They even gave me a complimentary 10 minutes of red light therapy, which was such a nice bonus. Overall, it was a great experience! They also offer a variety of services to boost energy and support the immune system. I left feeling refreshed, energized, and already can’t wait to go back!

visa alla recensionerOh my gosh! I visited there last Saturday with my boyfriend for his birthday. The staff was so welcoming from the moment we arrived. Unfortunately, my boyfriend had high blood pressure, so he couldn't participate in the full session. However, the lady was incredibly kind and offered him a back treatment instead, and she didn't even charge him for it! She told us, 'I hope you come back next time.' We definitely will! He is still feeling a bit under the weather, but as soon as he recovers, we’ll be back. I also noticed that my body felt great and energized afterward. I also loved the resort—the hospitality was 100% amazing!
