I felt like she has been the most inclusive of all teachers at this studios so far that I’ve tried. She was mindful of everyone at all levels of practice. There was a lot of extension and lengthening exercises all done on a floor mat. Those 2 lb hand weights got pretty heavy towards the end of class. My heart rate did go up and I did have to take breaks. Overall, it was challenging but low impact. Even though I like the intensity of Lagree and Solidcore, I did enjoy this low impact workout and plan to go back.
