visa alla recensionerBeautiful studio. Lovely atmosphere from the moment we walked in! Came to an early class and didn’t know what to expect; but it was an amazing class! Strong flow with some difficult holds that made me feel like I had definitely worked my body. Also a lot of focus on breathing and mindfulness which are so important. Would definitely recommend this studio! 🧘🏼♀️✨

I liked that the teacher actually corrects the poses and that we got tiger balm during the practice. It felt like a real yoga class as we also got some theory behind it.
