Such a big focus on mind-body connectedness, breath work, slow and controlled movements, and impactful holds. You can tell João loves what he does and that he knows a lot - he’s a hands-on corrector to make sure you don’t get hurt and are activating the right muscles for each exercise. Different than a usual reformer class, but perfect for the mind

Every class is thoughtfully structured, challenging, and enjoyable at the same time. She pays close attention to technique and makes sure everyone feels comfortable and confident, regardless of their level. Her energy is amazing and always leaves you feeling stronger and refreshed after class. I always look forward to her sessions! 😍😍😍
