visa alla recensionerExactly what I was hoping for, traditional Muay Thai training with jump rope warm up, shadow boxing, and practicing combo moves. Not exactly for beginners since instructor doesn't go through how to throw punches & kicks correctly. He's a pusher for sure when it comes to working out and sweating. Good overall!

It was fast paced, comfortable, accommodating and everyone there showed up to work!Eddie was incredible and I would highly recommend for most people to give it a try.
