visa alla recensionerExcellent class and instructor. I have been wanting to learn martial arts for the longest time, but felt too intimidated to go into the gyms. This instructor made me feel comfortable and welcome. He is patient, knowledgeable, and adjusts the class to be inclusive. Everyone was kind and supportive. Also, word of advice, come prepared and dressed to work out. The space is limited, there are no lockers, and not much space to set your stuff down.
