visa alla recensionerI really enjoyed the class though It was not what I expected. It was definitely a positive experience. The crowd was definitely on the older side but everyone was very friendly. I was able to get the most out of the class and the instructor was friendly and helpful with correcting my form when needed. Definitely helped with some stress relief. Not sure I will go back but I’m glad I experienced it.

Not exactly for beginners since instructor doesn't go through how to throw punches & kicks correctly. He's a pusher for sure when it comes to working out and sweating. Good overall!
