Sasha was very helpful as to guide and explain regarding my needs (& pointed out what needed to be fixed from my posture, etc.) It was an insightful session to be more aware of your own body & what daily habit you can do to help “fix” them one by one, slowly. The studio group class is for 5-6 people which was perfect so that the instructor would still have time to guide everyone in the class. Make sure to bring your own glove and socks or buy them at the studio.
