First time here and i loved it. The studio is nice and complete. They have bathroom, hair dryer, locker, they even rent towels. The practice is a circuit of exercises that can be done individually made me comfortable going alone. The coach was very attentive and made sure i did all the exercises effectively. All in all, it was the most efficient and effective 45 mins muaythai practice i ever had! It was fun!
