Even though it wasn’t my first time doing Pilates, I decided to join the beginner class because I felt that I had never had everything properly explained before and the class did not disappoint 👌🏼 Irina explained everything very clearly, not only how to use the reformer, but also each exercise. She made sure everyone was performing the movements correctly, and the pace was just right. I also really appreciated how she guided us through the breathing throughout the entire session, as that’s something I usually struggle to focus on 🫶 The studio itself is beautiful, which is another big plus. I felt very well taken care of throughout the whole class and will definitely be coming back❤️❤️
