visa alla recensionerI’m really happy I came here! Alex was extremely attentive from the beginning, asked thoughtful questions, and tailored the treatment to my needs. This isn’t a typical massage - it’s a targeted treatment focused on releasing pain and deep muscle tension. I felt immediate relief in the areas we worked on and could still notice the difference afterwards. To help maintain the progress, he also gave me a few exercises to continue at home, which I really appreciated. The studio is clean, welcoming, and easy to find. Alex is also very kind and professional, and speaks English aside from German! I would definitely recommend this treatment to anyone dealing with long-term pain, muscle tightness, or athletes looking to improve recovery.

visa alla recensionerWhat a wonderful treatment experience with Frau. Gast. From the moment I stepped through the door she was warm and welcoming. She took her time to deeply understand my medical history and paint points with a kind and understanding approach and at no point did I feel stressed/rushed. The acupuncture treatment itself was also carried out very professionally, with Frau. Gast finding my exact pain/trigger points almost immediately. I will very gladly be back and highly recommend!
