You can really feel the energy and passion she brings to the class! The studio itself is beautiful, and has such a great atmosphere. I really enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely come back for another class. Highly recommended

Not to fancy exercises which I really like as you can always add a bit more resistance and it's suitable for all levels.
