visa alla recensionerLovely class with Jessica! She's very warm and welcoming, and explained everything thoroughly. She had clearly put thought into the flow and the theme of the class, and I got some tips for ways to use bricks in various ways. I felt all nicely loosened out afterwards. The studio is clean and bright, with good quality Manduka mats and a lovely atmosphere. I also did Ashtanga with Manon despite my lack of French, and she was excellent too! I would love to attend again if I visit Montpellier in the future.

visa alla recensionerOn est sur un niveau intermédiaire il me semble mais en tant que novice j’ai pu aller assez loin sur les exo grâce à l’ambiance mise en place par la prof ! C’est vraiment intimiste et qualitatif, on nous motive tout le long et même si on est lessivé, à la fin on est fier d’avoir souffert 😅✨

visa alla recensionerDas ist die beste Beschäftigung, die ich in München hatte, um Frauen zu melken. Der Trainer ist einfach charmant , aber gleichzeitig anspruchsvoll. Der Club hat mir gefallen, weil es nur für Frauen ist, und deshalb ist alles bequem und man kann sich entspannt fühlen. Ich habe beschlossen, ein Abonnement für diesen Club dauerhaft zu kaufen.Danke;)

visa alla recensionerI absolutely loved the class! I’ll be back :-) Aleksandra is a super professional trainer and even during a normal barre class one could see what a great dancer she is herself. There were two ladies in the class with no previous barre experience: she was very supportive and welcoming towards them and made sure that they can follow. Still, I’d advice newbies to google ballet positions a bit and try some moves at home before joining the studio, for an easier start!

visa alla recensionerEs war eine sehr nette Trainerin und eine angenehme Gruppe, nur bin ich als Anfängerin erst sehr überfordert gewesen, das lag auch daran, dass ich zur letzten Stunde vor der Sommerpause gekommen bin :/ Trotzdem fand ich die Stunde sehr angenehm und für Leute, die etwas mehr Tanzerfahrung haben, ist das sicherlich etwas!
