visa alla recensionerI tried Erin’s sculpt class for the first time today and I will definitely be back. Spicy in a good way and Erin was very welcoming and fun. She provided modifications for beginners and also advanced with heavier weights and ankle weights, etc.

visa alla recensionerRosie was SO amazing and encouraging! I've taken one class here before and the heat was tolerable, but this one got SUPER hot and humid. I think I heard her mention it went up to 113 at one point! Me and my friend do hot yoga sculpt twice a week and love it but if you're sensitive to dizziness I would say this one might be a bit intense for most. If you want a crazy challenge, go for it! Such a good energy from everyone at this studio both times I've been. 🫶🏻

Due to the small class size, Nicole had the time to give me feedback on my poses to ensure I positioned myself correctly. This was my first time implementing pilates into my workout routine as I only have been attending yoga classes before. However, I appreciate the introduction of pilates into today's workout.
