visa alla recensionerIt was my first time at this studio. I’m a beginner and have only taken a few classes at a different place. The staff was friendly and the instructor provided a good flow that I found challenging but not too challenging I couldn’t keep up. I will be back!

The last class I attended at Caffe Yoga was Erin’s last class at the district location so it was so heartwarming to see how the new studio has come together! The only slight downside today was people coming in late and trying to wiggle their way to the back of the room - it was quite distracting and loud while we had our eyes closed trying to focus and begin practice. I wonder if there can be a space closer to the door reserved for late comers. Other than that, great class!

I love when teachers demonstrate and not just give instructions. He also gave really good cues too though and was encouraging. Will def come back!

visa alla recensionerI last minute booked this class because I was in the area and I had an hour to kill. Everyone at the studio was so nice and the flow exceeded my expectations! I had a long day of work and driving and I felt fully stretched out and released after this class. I also loved that it was slightly warm which is my favorite temperature for a slow flow. Highly recommend this class!

visa alla recensionerShe was challenging, the movements were focused on actual sculpting/toning and less cardio which I liked. Burned about 300 active calories, 362 total cal. Little fast paced, I felt like I had to rush back to something after drinking water because she didn’t really stop between workouts. I didn’t like how the music was more upbeat during shavasana, after such a difficult workout, shavasana is one of my favorite parts but didn’t get to enjoy that here. Regardless, great workout and definitely will bring my husband.
