I felt welcomed, taught without judgement, and freely moved my body. Great workout that had me sweating by the end. Instructor was both knowledgeable and gave clear instructions. Gave lots of opportunities for questions. Studio was clean and atmosphere was enticing. Easy to find. I walked in nervous and walked out confident. Will be returning, this was what I needed!
