visa alla recensionerRachel was very welcoming, she can do bilingual class, and she explained well how to do challenging poses such as bakasana (the crow) or the very nice flow finishing with wheel pose. It is a nice challenging class with still gentle flow, and let you have time to practice the arm balance at your pace. I highly recommend this class and Rachel ! The studio has nice plants on the balcony, a nice breeze enters, it felt very soothing !
