She was such a great instructor, very hands on and even fixed my form to make sure I was doing it correctly. Definitely would take her class again! Sort of nervous to feel the soreness in 2 days hahaha

visa alla recensionerThis class was a great workout ! This is a cute studio and we did the barre class in a separate room. There were only 2 students including me which was nice to have the small class size. The instructor and staff were so friendly and gave me a great intro to the studio and class. We mostly did weights and glute work, and at the end a little bit of core. I will definitely have sore muscles tomorrow ! Very effective and simple barre class - i would definitely take it again

Shge has a great eye for form and alignment, so I always feel safe and confident in every movement. The studio itself has a great vibe — tucked inside a small gym that’s always buzzing with energy. I’m always greeted with smiles and encouragement, which makes it feel incredibly welcoming. Class sizes are small, so you never get lost in the shuffle, and Emani gives everyone the attention they need. If you’re looking for a Pilates instructor who truly cares, I highly recommend her.
