visa alla recensionerI wasn’t sure what to expect with BUTI YOGA, but I left feeling amazing! I thought it’d be more weight focused, but was surprised with lots of movement! Opening the hips and joints, while still engaging the core. I left feeling refreshed. A great class to add to your weekly cycle. It was an intentional flow moving through different areas - core/midsection, upper body and lower body, some parts were seated on the stool and some on the mat. It’s good for beginners (as this was my first time) to this style of workout and I’d say good for all ages/work out levels too. I’ll definitely go back again, especially if my body is feeling rigid!

The place smelt great and was very soothing. She repeated words of affirmations and inspirational quotes and poems throughout the hour. I felt amazing during and after, one of the best yoga practices I’ve ever had!!
