Tervetuloa tunneille ja Oma Reffaan! LIIP Studios on Helsingin Jätkäsaaressa sijaitseva…Reformer – Open Level
visa alla recensionerSuch an amazing class! The studio is beautiful and has such a warm, cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The instructor was lovely, knowledgeable and really paid attention to everyone, making sure the movements were done correctly and with proper technique. What makes this studio stand out from others is how personal and homey the whole experience feels. It’s not just about getting through the exercises, but actually understanding the movements, focusing on technique and getting the most out of every single one. You can really feel the care and attention to detail. Such a refreshing experience and definitely a place I’ll be coming back to! 🤍

visa alla recensionerComing from Stockholm, I was really impressed by Go Studio. It has such a beautiful boutique feel, with thoughtful touches like coffee and electrolytes offered to clients. I especially loved the Reformer Flow class — it was engaging, challenging and kept me focused throughout. The trainer Carole gave very clear instructions and guidance, while still making the class feel dynamic and challenging. A wonderful experience from start to finish! ✨

visa alla recensionerForever a fan of Dária’s Strength Reformer class!! Top-tier workout for a solid sweat and so well taught. She’s warm, clear, encouraging, and knows exactly how to push you without making you feel like you need to call 112 for help 😂 Left feeling strong, energised, and very accomplished. Definitely coming back!💫
