Equally as fun and challenging depending on where the body’s at, with stellar instructions to place and correct oneself accordingly. Hope to see more of you without it having to be at the expense of Veera or Jack’s classes haha my Bay trifecta 🙌

Her teaching style is clear, calm, and encouraging, allowing the class to flow seamlessly while still providing a solid challenge. The session was well structured, with smooth transitions and a great balance of strength, control, and mobility work. Alessandra paid close attention to form and breath, offering helpful cues throughout that made it easy to stay engaged and get the most out of each exercise.
