visa alla recensionerI mean there is pilates and then there is Pilates (with a capital P). Marleen's classes are the latter ones. These classes are demanding, but she motivates everyone to do their best. Her classes are always booked to the max (for reason), but she still manages to see everyone. Personally I have seen huge improvements, even as I frequent her classes only weekly.
